Philip Biggs and
Richard Franklin are delighted to announce that Ronald Waiksnoris,
Bandmaster
of the New York Staff Band will be their special guest at Cambridge on
Sunday May 25th for the
20th All England Masters Brass Band Championship and Gala Concert.
Richard and Philip are
thrilled that Mr Waiksnoris has agreed to present the prizes to the
winning bands and soloists at the
conclusion of the Championship following the final band performance of
the test-piece Malcolm
Arnold Variations by Martin Ellerby.
